Knockdown of GTSE1 inhibited the growth of NPC cells in vivo. BALB/c nude mice were subcutaneously inoculated into the right flank with a total of 5 × 106 of C666-1 cells transfected with sh-GTSE1 or sh-NC. (a) Tumor volume was monitored every seven days for consecutive four weeks and quantified by the formula: volume = 1/2×length×width2. After four weeks, the tumors samples were excised and weighed.
